@#10: It looks like a question to me-- imagine it in an incredulous questioning voice. "THIS is an FML???"
you do know that they were clapping for you getting up....
They probaby thought it was as bad a fall as you had described and thought you had broken your leg or something. They didn't laugh at you, they clapped because that's what they do when someone gets hurt. How about you learn the common curticy (excuse spelling) of the game before you go to another one?
You got a standing ovation for that tired old comedy cliché of falling into folding chairs? Either you are the next Chevy Chase or those people are starved for entertainment. As far as being painful is concerned, you have to suffer for your art!
I Think it sounds awesome that people applauded you. I think you should be gratefull
Thats ******* awesome =D
that is just funny. not an fml dumbass
I think they were clapping because you were okay...

dont they always clap when an "injured" player gets back up ?
How do you know they weren't clapping out of respect? When a player is injured during a sports game and doesn't get up right away, it is customary to clap out of respect if they are able to later stand. It actually shows they're happy you're okay...
