Today, during my boyfriend's family reunion, I started my period but didn't have any tampons. I asked my boyfriend to ask his mom if she had any. I sat on the toilet waiting, then heard him loudly ask his whole family "Does anybody have a tampon my girlfriend can have?" FML

Today, I got my period and went clubbing. I had to change my tampon and stupidly I only brought one. When I unwrapped it, it fell on the floor. I had to wait in the womens' bathroom for 45 minutes for a random girl to give me a spare. FML

Today, I was at my boyfriend's house, hanging out with him and his mom. I had to do a number two. A while later, we hear his mom in the washroom. She had turned on the bathtub and was flushing the toilet. A lot. Later on, my boyfriend leaves the room and she says, “Did you make that mess in the toilet?” FML

Perhaps her period started ridiculously earlier then expected. She may be one of the lucky women who don't have major PMS symptoms before she starts. Heck she could have been caught a bit by surprise like me the one month when my period ended and then for whatever reason a week and half later I started bleeding again. I was unprepared that time because since I had just finished my period I had zero reason to believe I would be starting again any time soon. In the few characters that they have to write an FML it is really hard to be certain whether someone deserves something or not.
