Don't worry, it's not like he's actually going to PAY for his car to get removed from the towing grounds...and it's only a minor inconvenience to have his secretary fire you. But in all honesty, out of all people, he should know the law and that it is unacceptable to park there. If he challenges your authority, challenge him back. You are in the right, and no amount of bullshit on his part should pardon him (although we all know it might).
Pull a George Castanza, show up Monday and act like nothing happened.
You're doing your job. If someone parks illegaly, THEY are at fault. Why are you afraid of doing the job you are paid to do?
Why worry? You did your job. If there is any retaliation, just go to the papers. The Govenor should know better than that...
just cause it was the governor's car doesn't it still wasn't against the law. and there's no punishment that the Governor could give for doing your job. he's not aloud to punish people just cause he doesn't like them.
