Today, feeling very self-conscious about my looks, I told my mom I felt ugly and wished I could be as beautiful as her. She only said, "Yeah, I'm pretty, I wonder what happened to you." FML

just make sure your mother isn't your role model. she's shallow. she may be pretty but everything else about her seems hideous. and you are beautiful. you just need to have confidence in yourself.
