You may have been trying a little too hard. Try just being relaxed rather than in anticipation.
I hope you come up with a better story for your sprained ankle than that the next time you're trying to appear "alluring." For example, "You see, what had happened was, I hiking up mount Fuji when a tiger leaped out and tried to steal my beef jerky! I punched that tiger in the face, but as he blacked out, he collapsed on top of me, causing me to fall awkwardly. And that's how I sprained my ankle."
yeah, and then act really embarrassed about the 'falling awkwardly' part. Or would that be considered trying too hard?
You'll find someone else!!(:
Don't let it get you down you'll find someone
While I do feel bad for you (somewhat), I find it hard to believe that you could sprain your ankle so easily. It'd be an interesting pose, however.
Honestly if you have to force it, it's probably not going to come across anyway. I've seen this many times, the people who try to be alluring and confidant are the ones who get no attention. The ones who are actually confidant are naturally more alluring and can get away with acting like it. Still sorry you sprained your ankle, hopefully it gets better soon.

Confidence may be the key, but standing upright often helps. Hope your ankle heals up quickly, OP.
