my roommate has a similar problem with her boyfriend. she has to force him to take a shower, literally begging him for days. unfortunately for me, i have to live with him being smelly for days on end.

Yea your boyfriend is gross. But seriously if you want to teach him to shower regularly shower with him. My friend trained her boyfriend that way cause he thought it was legit to shower only every couple days. He smells much better now :). I kind of judge you for stooping low enough to date someone who smells *that* bad

why do you have a boyfriend who doesn't shower more than once a week? I hope this is a new bf whom you've had for a week and it was the first conversation you had. If it's been more than a week then YDI for staying with him. Reminds me of an incident with my ex. My legs were irritated from shaving so I decided to skip a day to let them heal. My ex hasn't shaved in a week because he was "lazy". He asked me why I didn't shave that day. Morale of the story: your partner should take as good care of themselves as you take of yourself or better.

I have the same problem with my gf she doesn't shower for like a week I don't think she smells but it's jus the thought of her not showering foe a week is nasty... **** it thug life!!!

You're dating him, which means he must not stink so bad. Some people don't have to shower every day to stay clean. I only shower four times a week and I don't smell and look fine (I'm a girl). But a week is a pretty long time.
