Ah I can see it now the newest hit show my daughter the future drug addict, coke and sleeping pills. That's got a slick hook to draw the viewers in. Big ratings screaming fans, and you thought Beatle mania was crazy, they'll have nothing on her.
You really want to watch the sleeping pills, insomnia may be the result of a more serious medical condition. They are also habit forming and you can be enabling her to do so. Remove them from the house if you can't use discipline to control her.
Removing them from the house may do no good. I bought sleeping pills when I was 16 and again when I was 17. She could do the same without questions unless she is younger.
