YDI. He is obviously baiting you for asking a stupid question. It always annoys me when women ask this because all they are wanting is to be flattered and told how beautiful they are blah blah blah. If they wanted some flattery then they should just come out and ask for it. Not trying to thinly disguise it with this stupid question.

I agree it's not the nicest thing he COULD have said. But if you pick it apart its actually not that bad. basically like #7 said he called you fresh and interesting but dramatic.

As a female who's fairly down to earth most of the time, I have to say I agree with most posters here. Just the fact you even ASKED that question indicates you're probably a drama queen. If he didn't want to be dating you, he wouldn't be... just let it be enough!
