Today, I asked my landlady if she could fix the air conditioner that's been broken since I moved in. Instead, she came round and took away my bathroom mirror, along with all the toilet paper. FML

Today, my scumbag landlady broke into my place and stole my mop, which I refused to give her earlier. She denied everything and tried to convince me that some criminal broke in using a key, stole only my mop, and was nice enough to lock up on the way out. FML

Today, after taking a shower, I realised that my landlord was peeking in the whole time through broken ventilator. Once he tried to get into my room, using his keys. I couldn't tell the landlord's wife, as I didn't have any proof so I left the house, even though my rent was long due. FML

Today, I'm so nice, I allowed my landlady to use my freezer in the hallway. In exchange, she's so nice, she feels entitled to take my food being stored in said freezer. FML

Today, one of my roommates blew a fuse by running a personal heater on full overnight. I notified our landlady that I had to get a new fuse; she came over to pay me for it. Only as I heard landlady's horn did I see another roommate's girlfriend's car; she stayed overnight and isn't allowed to. Both roomies got evicted and blamed me. FML

That's horrible! I'd tell her that I knew what she had done and if she does anything she isn't supposed to based on laws (both federal and state) and the lease agreement that was signed she can guarantee you will find out about them and you will make sure she is prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. Then I'd smile and say thank you, have a nice day.

Mate get on to the Rental Tenancy Authority (RTA). She can't legally enter your place without a minimum of 24 hours notice. Also if the air con was supposed to be working when you moved in and she refuses to fix it I believe that you have the right to get it fix and send her the bill. https://www.rta.qld.gov.au/
