Today, I asked my mom if she thought I was straight. She looked at me and said, "Well, that's really up to you honey. But your father and I would still love you." I was asking if she thought I had parked straight. FML

Today, my mom called me into the living room to say that she had something important to tell me. She then explained how she and my dad had "talked things over" and wanted me to know that they accept me and love me no matter what. Apparently my mom thinks I'm lesbian. I'm not. FML

Today, I was leaving to go over to a friend's and my parents suddenly ask if I'm gay. I reply that no, I'm bisexual. My mom then asks if I've ever made out with someone of the same sex and I say yes. She turns to my dad and says 'I told you so. You owe me $20'. My parents bet on my sexuality. FML

Today, my parents bought me a wine glass with "Who needs a man?" painted all over it. Cute, until after dinner my mom looked me in the eyes and asked with complete sincerity, "Kara, are you gay?" My parents tried to get me to come out. I'm straight. FML

decision? you honestly think there is a choice involved? That's like choosing whether or not to have vision. Or hearing. there is no choice involved. Research says that's more true for guys than for girls though.

wow... When my parents found out I was gay, they kicked me out of the house and disowned me. You should feel lucky that your parents care enough for you that they'd still love you even if you were gay.

dude, there are several people out there who would give anything for their parents to mean that. If you think your life is ******, maybe you should take a second and think about what you are taking for granted. just because you are not, does not mean that you should be offended by it. They love you no matter what? awww poor baby. >8(
