not a very bad fml, but really funny!
Why is this an FML??? Your parents sound pretty cool. It'd be an FML if you were asking about the car, but your parents thought you meant sexuality, and said they would disown you, not realizing that you were, in fact, homosexual.
Today my mom told me that she and my father had unconditional love for me. FML
Why is this an FML? You have it great. I'm a lesbian and get the joy of trying to tell my ultra religious mum about my girlfriend. I wish my mum would react like yours. D:
i agree. why is this a FML cos it sucks to think that your mum wld accept you if you were not straight? this just shows you how much she loves you for gawd's sake u dumbass go get her a nice gift for mother's day
This is SO NOT an FML. OMG, F YOUR LIFE BECAUSE YOUR PARENTS WOULD STILL LOVE AND ACCEPT YOU IF YOU WERE HOMOSEXUAL. YOU POOR THING.
It's not a "decision," #8. Gays don't "decide" to be gay anymore than straights "decide" to be straight. All we decide is to acknowledge our urges and whether or not to act on them.
Translated, this reads: "I have tolerant and loving parents. FML"

yeah, her parents are accepting.
decision? you honestly think there is a choice involved? That's like choosing whether or not to have vision. Or hearing. there is no choice involved. Research says that's more true for guys than for girls though.
