Today, I hit a car while trying to park. Assuming that no one saw, I moved my car and parked somewhere else. Hours later I get a call from the university police. While backing up to go to the police station I hit another car. FML

Today, I tried to back my car into my parking space while some of my neighbors were out by their cars. I accidentally rammed into the retaining wall behind my spot. I was hoping the neighbors didn't notice the huge crunching sound, but they did. FML

Today, I was driving around a parking lot, looking for an empty spot. Someone was backing out a bit too quickly as I was about to pass by, so I honked to announce myself. The driver instead panicked and reversed into my front bumper. FML

Today, I found a parking spot in front of my work. I parked and another car pulled into the spot just in front of me. The next thing I know, the car in front backs up and slams into my car. Turns out she didn't notice the fire hydrant next to her spot and screamed at me cause I, "stole her spot." FML

Unless it was a smart car (those little go-kart-looking things), you should've seen it when you were backing up. Also, it's more his FML, he got ran into because you weren't looking.

haha...the same exact thing happened to me like a month ago. but i didn't think it was FML worthy. i mean, i was just really tired and not paying enough attention, it was my fault but hey shit happens. the owner of the other car was pissed for a few days and now everything's back to normal. nothing especially funny about that.

hahahaha something like that probably would have happened to me too. i recommend that next time, you park somewhere that's not around a car when you have the space to do so! also, learning to park might help as well ;)

This is why, in a lot of places, you can be ticketed for being parked backwards in a parking lot. The University I used to attend would regularly ticket people for doing this, due to the high likelihood of causing accidents by doing this.
