Today, I bought a brand new flat screen TV. When I brought it home it didn't work. Furious, I walked into Best Buy and yelled at a guy in a tucked in blue polo and khakis. I asked him why it didn't work and he said he didn't know. I kept screaming. He didn't have a nametag. He didn't work there. FML

Even if he had a name tag, why would you yell at him? "Hey, you work here! You must know exactly what's wrong with the TV I bought from some other employee a while ago! "

And that is only one out of many, MANY reasons no one should ever shop at Best Buy. Reason #1, everything there is GROSSLY over priced!

Why do people insist on looking like they work at the places they shop?! I swear to God there are more people who dress like they work at Walmart than there actually are employees!

You're an ass. even if he did work at best buy he has no idea why the TV doesn't work... You know why he doesn't know? BECAUSE HE IS A SALESMAN! Firstly, in this situation it is a good idea to be rational, and not a ******* asshole. People like you piss me off. You have no respect for people, and you automatically think the world owes you something because your flat screen TV doesn't work. They are going to replace it anyway, and give you another brand new TV. Sure it is a bit of a hassle to have to bring it back to the store, but it's not like they ripped you off. Screaming at someone doesn't help the situation. Grow up, act like a real man, take it is stride and get your TV replaced you full-grown child.

as an employee OF best buy....i say screw you. its not my ******* fault ur tv is a lemon....or that ur too stupid to do it yourself.. hey..maybe you shouldve paid the extra money to have a Geek Squad installer come out to your home :D .... oh and hopefully it isn't somehting you did...and hope u have the extended warrenty biatchhhhh

As a former Best Buy employee... You are the reason why I wanted to kill myself for 3 years. It's not our ******* fault your TV doesn't work. We don't open every goddamn box to test the product inside. Buy a service plan and have Geek Squad install it for you, asshole, since you're obviously not competant enough to do it yourself.

You're an ass. I work in retail and we don't make the products all we do is sell them so being able to tell you why it's broken may not always be possible. If you came in and yelled at me asking why something was broken, ya I'd try to help you figure it out, but if you didn't calm down or you got worse I'd give you a number we have which leads to a foreign line which EVENTUALLY will get you to the manufacturer if you are patient enough that is and lucky to find someone who speaks semi-decent English.

Why did you have to yell? Chances are, some of these employees don't even know what the problem would be. So, YDI, you're an ass.
