Today, I broke up with my fiancé after he cheated on me, and he now refuses to move out of the apartment. I'm even contemplating just offering him my Xbox One as a bribe so I can get him out of my life for good. FML

Today, I caught my boyfriend cheating so I broke up with him. As revenge he threw my PS3 and XBox out of the window when I wasn't in our house. Today, I found out my partner is cheating on me with several women. I broke up with him but he won’t move out without legal action (he is staying in my apartment), so I’m literally stuck being around him. He’s been very toxic and petty since I found out. I just want this to end. FML

You may have to go through the eviction process to get him removed if he isn't on the lease but if he is and he is still paying rent you may have an issue and will need to speak with the landlord/manager about either removing yourself from the lease early or moving into a new location. Depending on how long the boyfriend has lived with you he unfortunately has legal rights to reside there no matter how uncomfortable.

Whose name is on the apartment lease? And when does it expire? I know it sucks, but you might want to consider moving out and sticking him with the rest of the lease just to be rid of him.
