Today, I called my boyfriend and invited him over to watch a movie. He was all for it, until I mentioned I was on my period, at which point he said "NOPE." and hung up on me. FML

Today, I asked my boyfriend to spend the night at my house because my dad would be working out of town, and once the rest of the house left I thought it'd be sweet if he snuck in my room and slept with me. His reply was "Why bother? You're on your period, it's not like we can do anything." FML

Why is everyone calling him an "asshole?" There's no point in hanging out with your gf if she's on her period. She can't do anything on her period, so it's useless. Well, then again, her mouth isn't bleeding, so OP's bf should have thought of that. Just sayin
