as crazy this sounds be thankful for that. I would give anything to come home to my worried grandma after work any day!
The fact that you miss your loving grandma doesn't mean the OP should be grateful for their grandmother breaking into their home and being controlling about their life. Not all grandmothers are cookie-baking sweethearts.
If she asks if you want something to eat, remain calm, make yourself as big as you can, keep eye contact, and back away slowly... you'll be okay, OP. Lol
Why was she wondering? Doesn't she know you work?
Is your grandmother showing signs of dementia? It's possible that's the underlying problem. In any case I agree with "Change the locks" - It's not that terribly expensive to have a locksmith come out and just change the key portion of your locks. Unless you have drinking problem and are prone to frequently losing your keys, you don't need to leave spare keys with people who might misuse that confidence. I am constantly amazed at the foolish people who leave a spare key to their home with others or don't have a lock code on their phone. Those two things cause an awful lot of FML's.
Well, where were you!?
That's why my mum doesn't have an emergency key, my friend living a few blocks away does. :b
I agree it would be weird to find my grandmother in my living room. She died in 1960...
