I'm not so sure I mean my parents wre accepting yet my five year old cousin openly uses gay as an insult and all the guys and my school continuously pretend to be, being a lesbian is sometimes just plain terrifying

They laughed because no parent wants to hear that their child IS gay. These people that think being gay is normal are wrong! It's not natural!! It doesn't fit in with the natural laws of procreation. Why do you think gay men or women can't have kids? Because God didn't create them with the correct parts. Two penises can't make a kid nor two vaginas. Only a man and woman can procreate, therefore being gay is not natural!! If we were to put all the gays and lesbians on an island, how long do you think before they would all die out? Pretty quickly since they can't have children of their own. I am not homophobic nor a gay basher because I have several friends who are gay but I am tired of people saying its ok to go and live an immoral life because of it. Did you ever think God gave you that cross because he wants you to try and rise above it to give him greater glory? No wonder this country as well as the rest of the world is going to hell in a hand basket. I can't wait for the end of the world and the second coming of my Lord, Jesus.
