Boyfriend or not, it sounds very illegal. I would break up with him, and I hope that I would have enough balls to press charges too (assuming you can prove it). You should probably find someone who 1) trusts you, 2) sees that it's unethical to give you medication without your knowledge or consent, 3) cares enough about you not to slip you that crap (most things are not without side effects). If he's that paranoid about pregnancy, he could take some responsibility for himself and say, wear a condom.
Nah, we sue people too much as a country. It makes us look like a bunch of asses. What she should do is seek medical consultation to see if permanent damage has been done, THEN consider legal action if, and only if, she requires treatment. In this case, its not suing just for the sake of suing. Its making the guy clean up his own mistake. Though, most likely, the damage done will be permanent changes in her hormonal balance and personality as well as sexual dysfunction and depression. Unfortunately, no doctor will back those changes since "birth control can't do that, its impossible."
She wouldn't be having contractions if she weren't pregnant. Also I don't think there is even an abortion pill.. Only plan B.
She might not have been taking an "extra" pill. he may have replaced an existing pill. I don't know if birth control is color coded, or if the abortion pill was a different shape/color, but most people don't expect pill tampering, so they don't pay close attention to what's in the container.
124- there is an abortion pill. Early enough in the pregnancy you don't need a surgical abortion, it can be done medically. But it's a process- one pill at the doctor's, and 4 the next day. If OP didn't realize she was taking all these extra pills...I'm concerned on many levels.
Two problems with this: Only women can obtain "the abortion pill" which is RU486. Secondly, only women can obtain Plan B, which is NOT the abortion pill, but people are sadly misguided about how it works. So stop trolling, this isn't even possible. You can't just walk into a pharmacy and buy these things.
This is totally bogus. Sorry. First off, I HIGHLY doubt he's slipping her an abortion pill. For one thing, you not only need a prescription for that, but you need to actually be PREGNANT for a doctor to prescribe it. Let's also not forget that specific prescription is upwards of 600 dollars. It essentially forces a miscarraige. Second, while you don't need a prescription for Plan B (which really is just a very high dose of estrogen and tricks the body into having a menstral cycle), it is also not cheap. Plan B is about 50 dollars, and the OP would experience a lot of cramping, especially if taking multiples (i.e. she would have NOTICED something was wrong right away). And before anyone gets on my case about knowing the actual prices of the prescription - my pregnancy ended before a decision was made (i.e. the fetus never fully formed) and I had to go through with the proceedure to avoid serious health complications. This FML can't be real. It just doesn't add up - financially or medically.

Thumb this comment up if you think: 1) slipping abortion pills as a supplement is dangerous 2) OP has an ass of a boyfriend
