How did you ever expect to get inside your house in the event y'all lock yourselves out accidentally otherwise (without the dog's "help")? We've always hidden a key outside somewhere eg, lock-box secured to (garage) doorknob, plastic key-box buried in flower pot, key left with next-door neighbor, or stowed away inside doghouse (fav!).
Do people really have doghouses anymore?
Looks like the dog is better trained than the humans.
Your dog takes his job as a guard dog very seriously.
I never understand people who don't carry house keys, because I dont understand feeling like one isnt needed.
I misplaced my keys so lucky for me, my dad is always home lol.
I think OP might have meant that they don’t carry it around the house. Like they won’t grab a house key if they step out to take out the trash real quick. Because why would you need to.
time for new locks
I don't understand why you would NOT carry a key... what do you do in case you luck yourself out?
Evidently post FMLs about it.
