that happened to a friend of mine, only she was asked out by a girl who thought she was a guy and although she's a lesbian she was certain that the girl asking her out wasn't. she had to get her twin sister to explain the situation. the girl who asked her out moved the next week. so you could have it worse. but it still sucks that that happened to you at all. try to look on the brightside, it's going to be funny as hell someday.
