You don't, by chance, live in West Allis, Wisconsin do you? If not you should probably move there. I think they have a club for under 40 grandparents. Basically you swap grandbaby pictures and discuss how to most effectively extract benefits from the welfare system so that you may sleep all day and procreate all night.

#434 not everyone who has a baby at a young age is on welfare. my husband and I had our oldest when I was 16 and he was 20. we are not on welfare. as a matter of fact we have two kids living with us thru CPS and guess what..... we take care of them on our own without help from the state, other than those two being on medicaid. we are not a licensed foster home therefore we do not receive any type of financial assistance. so tell me again who mooches off the government? from what I see its mostly dope heads and lazy ass people who don't want to work. you can't judge us all based on a select few. and btw I am now 31 and he is 35 our oldest is 15.
