Do the test, then get him for child support, alimony, AND make him pay court costs and all your lawyer fees. If you have proof of infidelity, he's screwed.

Okay, can we keep this topic RELEVANT and stop talking about abortion? Obviously you are looking to piss people off, and start an argument. It's already happened once today, and you've already pissed off the moderator. And getting an abortion because of a divorce is a little extreme. For all you know, she thought they were trying, and for all you know she wanted a child. Stop being a selfish bitch to create arguments. OP... he just doesn't want to pay alimony. Let him get his paternity test, and make sure he knows HE can pay for it. Then drag his ass through court, make him pay child support, alimony, and make sure you have custody. Because obviously he will be bitter and use the child against you. (And whatever you do, make sure the child feels loved, and be an adult about the situation. He/she doesn't need to hear constantly about what a bastard the father is.)

Whether you support abortion or not, the OP shouldn't get one just because the baby might remind her of her ex-husband. What if she has already had kids with him? Should she get rid of them too because they might remind her of him?
