Today, I found out I've miserably failed a college exam. My friend had agreed to pass me answers if I needed them, since I've hardly studied this year. We were on the phone when she said, "Oh, those answers were bullshit. Serves you right, huh?" FML

OP, YDI for cheating. This is college and you have to put in as much effort as everybody else to deserve a pass. It's kinda a mean way of doing it but obviously your friend thought so as well. Everyone deserves help but cheating is not help. It's a sign that you don't wish to help yourself either. You would gained nothing from cheating, no knowledge, no friend and no passing grade. Please try harder next time.

YDI, and I think everyone else has already pointed out why and you should just count yourself lucky you weren't caught and kicked out! So, no, not FYL! AND to me it shows just how little you apparently pay attention (and sorry, some lack of intelligence) that you didn't even realize the answers were complete bullshit...

The last thing you said amazed me the most too. If the test was about a subject that was treated during classes (which I presume), paying attention during said classes should've resulted in enough knowledge on the OP's part to figure out the answers weren't real. The fact that she didn't notice, however, leads to two conclusions: 1) The OP didn't do any studying during the year (or hardly any at least, which she admits), and 2) the OP also didn't pay attention during classes. Both lead to her deserved failure at the test, YDI.
