I'm so sorry. That's absolutely terrible. There are some messed up people in this world. I would try to find someone you can trust or take your baby to a place thats regulated and has a lot of references

Depriving my child of all the health benefits of my breast milk, coupled with the betrayal of trust would have me beyond livid. I would seek any and all recourse I could against this person,while trying to contain my need to shake the stupid out of them.

Nothing harmful? Except her baby is being deprived the nutrients in the breast milk. And the mother didn't even know. That baby could have allergies to the formula. Anything.

One way is the baby's bowel motions would smell different. Same if they spit up or vomited. The vomit of bottle fed babies can really smell bad depending on what kind of formula they used.
