The reason why you pay the state for a license is to maintain the enviroments in which you fish. There would be no good fishing if we did not have to pay for the well being of the fish. You totally deserved it.

I actually thought this was mine then. I had similar but I wasn't fishing I was with my boyfriend at the time watching him and his friend fish. I wound up in court
