The writing on this is kinda choppy. Anyway, to those saying 'who cares? he's not your brother' they grew up as siblings. that would be extremely awkward to hear.

They are STILL brothers... adopted siblings ARE "real" siblings... just like an adoptive mom is your "real mom" and the woman who gave birth to you is (only) your biological mom. Genes are only one way to make a family...
