You're fault. No one gets stationed in Afghanistan, unless he's a contractor. They get deployed, do your research about stuff like that next time.

Agreed. Adultery is a criminal charge under the UCMJ. Also, the treatment he'll get from his fellows in exchange for pretending he's on a deployment to score extracurricularly is going to be far more hellish than anything you can devise.
