This is where you inform his command. Adultery is a BIG no no in the military. He can and should get in trouble for this, and you have the power to make sure it happens.

Infidelity is a huge mistake if he's in military. He can get in a lot of trouble... also, how could you not tell that he wasn't in Afghanistan?!?! My boyfriend is over there now and when we Skype I see his room and his roommate and when he calls its from a long distance calling card. Plus the connection sucks. Not going to lie, your marriage must have been a pretty distant and loveless one for you to not notice what was going on...
