Today, I found out that instead of being stationed in Afghanistan, my husband of 9 years has been "stationed" at his other girlfriend's house. FML

I don't understand how he would be able to get away with this... If he was on deployment he would have to be gone for months, and the most I've ever heard being allowed for leave is one month at time. (At least without losing special pays/bonuses) Also, if he were over at this other womans' house for that long I'm sure his superiors would notice and list him as AWOL which is pretty serious and if continued for long enough is considered desertion.
