Today, I found out that my boyfriend cheated on me with my best friend. I texted her and I would never talk to her again, but I accidentally sent it to my other best friend, who responded, "I'm so sorry, I never meant for you to find out." My two best friends cheated with my boyfriend. FML

Not to mention that if a man found out that his wife wasn't a virgin on their wedding night, there would probably be hell to pay. Virginity was important for women because they were viewed more as property and no one wanted damaged goods, and the man wasn't expected to be a virgin. I do think that the "best friends" and the boyfriend in this story all betrayed the trust of the OP, but sex is either for procreation or recreation...neither of which is sacred.
