Today, I found out that my girlfriend has been paying her half of the rent by taking my ATM card and getting money from my account. FML

I don't think you're grasping the fact that she was "paying her half" with HIS ATM card, which means he was unknowingly paying the whole rent. I agree with the rest of your comment, though. He should at least know what is going on with his account.
