It's best if he doesn't have any pics of you nude, you never know what could happen with those pictures, but he shouldn't have her pictures if he's in a relationship with you

Just speaking in the realm of hypotheticals, there could be non-cheaty reasons for having those pictures (not saying any of these are particularly likely, just possible). 1. He could have just had them from before and forgot to delete them. I still find crap on my computer from years ago. 2. It could just be another pair of **** for him to jerk off to. Most people don't really care if their partner watches **** to get off, and he might just consider this to be **** rather than having an emotional connection. 3. I only say this one because it happened to me (with normal files I wanted to keep private, not topless pics), but he could have put them in an invisible folder (you can make it so you cannot see it unless you know where it is on your desktop) and forgot the folder existed. That's all I got. Best talk with him to figure it out. It could very well be less significant than you think it is.

The fact that OP said topless and not naked makes me wonder if it is simply that OP's husband has no naked pictures of her at all and an old picture of him and his ex on a beach somewhere.

I'm not justifying anything. If you've read follow ups long enough you'll have seen a large number of cases where someone posted something that makes their partner seem like a complete creep but turned out to be an observation that they thought was funny. So yeah, maybe he is a creep, or maybe this is one of those cases. The fact he has topless pics rather than nudes is enough to make me wonder.
