Today, I found out that the built in lighter in my car does NOT in fact glow red when hot. I now have circles burned into my finger. FML

I made the same mistake once. I dropped it once when I was looking at it in my truck and I went to catch it and it burned the hell out of my finger.

My friend's brother while drunk had the brilliant idea to sniff the car cigarette lighter when it was hot. He had the circle burns on the tip of his nose.
