On one hand, it's good that he got a job and isn't leeching off of you. On the other hand, he may not be helping you pay the bills and is leeching in other ways. So I'm not sure what to say about this other than you should talk to him about it (if it bothers you) instead of mope around on FML.

You have two options, sit around and wait for him to grow up, or plan a future raising kids and trying to have an intimate relationship with a stoner. I don't care if all of you thumb down my shit, but I find it hard to believe that any little girl grows up and fantasizes about being with a guy who spends all his money on pot.
