was she lying about taking the pill? in which case, sucks for you, consider screwing better women next time instead scraping the bottom of the barrel. And if the pill failed (if you don't take it in time, even a few hours late, it may not be effective anymore, risky!), then sucks for both of you, hope you make the right decision for you and her (and the child if you choose not to abort it)

The pill's not 100% effective, so she could very well have told the truth about being on it. Because it's not 100% effective, I don't trust it completely... I always use some kind of back-up protection. Does she lie and deceive you about other things? If so that could be reason to believe she lied (about the pill or even about you being the father), but otherwise give her the benefit of the doubt and support her.
