Show it anywaydon't have to wear something very long to get a rash from it. pads have chemicals in them, if someone is allergic to some of them they will break out very quickly.
I'm itching to hear how that happened. Heh Heh get it because rashes itch? I'll see my self out.
Many rashes do not itch.. Please lose your login details, thx.
Actually the majority of rashes do itch, that's why rash cream has some elements of itch cream in it.
Did you pee in it? Or just sweat in it profusely?
Or, you know, bleed in it?
You were wearing it too long. I made that mistake once. Change it more often, or if it's just because you sweat a lot try a little baby powder to help keep things as dry as possible (considering that pads naturally become damp with all the blood and such).
Don't use baby powder. It can cause yeast infections.
Definitely don't use baby powder/talcum powder. It's been linked to ovarian cancer.
Baby powders are made with corn starch now and do not cause yeast infections or cancer!* But there still is the issue with the fragrance causing irritation. Get unscented. Or just use corn starch. *exclamation point is because I'm glad they finally outlawed it in most places. Talc was causing a lot of respritory issues in babies.
Or maybe she wasn't wearing it too long. Could've been a reaction to something in it or a material used. I can use Bandaid's/wound covers, but walgreens brand cause immediate intense itching. It's the material or (most likely) their adhesive. I'm just trying to say (as others have) it can be an allergy specific to this brand.
Or not. I change mine every other hour or so. I get the same thing. I'm thinking of switching to tampons (Sorry for the Tmi everybody :) )
not that surprising to me haha I get them too but it's because I'm allergic to all disposable pads :/
Have you tried cloth pads or period underware? Those might be good options for you :)
I feel your pain. Due to a medical issue I once had to wear one for 4 months and my job required me to walk 10 or so miles every day. The end result was painful af
My skin is super sensitive. I once had an allergic reaction to toilet paper. Ouch!
I got it from my underwear while I was pregnant
