I feel your pain. Due to a medical issue I once had to wear one for 4 months and my job required me to walk 10 or so miles every day. The end result was painful af

I've had this happen. I've found it happens if I'm a bit lax on changing it. Some sudocream will sort it out quick smart. :)

I've had it happen to before OP. no worries. Although mine was because I was in another country with a medical team for relief work and worked all day. It wasn't that it was hot, but i sweat a lot anyway.

Get some cloth reusable ones, that will cure your ails, however you have to soak and wash them which could become your new ails. Tender skin person here who knows your pain. Best to change often to avoid skin issues.

Same as cloth diapers don't stop diaper rash on babies, a cloth pad won't stop a rash on a woman. Changing the situation is what would help. Change the bad often, use powder, try a thinned pad, use tampons, if possible, when exercising, that kind of thing.

Depends on what cause the rash. If it was an allergic reaction, cloth pads might help, especially if they don't like tampons.

That is why I switched to tampons. Or, if you're comfortable with it, Diva Cup.

Switch to a diva cup. 100% worth the investment. It saves time, money, and it's convenient af. As long as you have the patience to get used to it, that is.

Reason #30456 why being a uterus-having, period-experiencer sucks. I've had that before. Clean pad, forgot to change to a tampon before school mountain biking. Rash within half an hour =[

Considering the larger crotch to nose distance as compared to babies and standing/sitting posture during use, the talcum inhalation risk would mainly affect her boyfriend - or her pets. I wonder if diaper rash cream works for this too.

When I got this issue when I had my period I switched brands, made a difference

I switched to cloth for that exact reason. The cloth breathes better so you don't stay damp (dampness leads to the diaper rash). Also diaper rash cream may feel silly to buy but helps so much.

Switch to cloth! It is so much more comfortable and they don't smell the way disposables do. Plus the come in all kinds of shapes and cute patterns.
