nikkih_06 tells us more.
I was demoted from part time to causal part time, which requires that I work less then 20 hours a week. And I only get commission if I go over my goal.

That really sucks.
just talk to your boss kindly and see if you can rectify this and remember to ask for the number of hours you have to clock in the mext time! gdlux OP :)
damn im sorry. that really sucks especially happening before the holidays too. didnt know there was such thing as casual part time.
It sounds like maybe you were TOO efficient. Making too much commission for them to want to pay to one person. Usually, that's because the higher ups or coworkers feel threatened.
I would of contacted Corporate and figured out what difference the hours makes if you have the highest sales in those hours. If you selling more than Full-Time people working part time you're obviously doing something right.

You're just really efficient, point it out to your manager and get the matter rectified
You work little hours but have the best sales? The people at corporate sure are blind...
