Mongolian sounds horrifying.
My freshman year of high school, I lived in a dorm and the majority of the dorm was Chinese, including my roommate. Every night, he and a bunch of other Chinese kids would crowd around my roommate's laptop yelling in Chinese while my roommate played LOL.
That's awesome. I love that game, and having a couple Chinese friends who play it, this sounds like something they would do.
hopefully just playing games. not hacking some serious shit
If you really want to connect with them you could try learning the language in your spare time. It'd mean the world to them and you might gain some friends out of it!
Order a couple pizzas and ask them to start teaching you some Mongolian! I would LOVE this party :D
Best advice on this thread. I know a good number of Mongolians, and they're chill people. When you learn someone's language, it loosens barriers and often creates strong friendships.
He's the exception!
You should ask them about their awesome barbeque.
Start speaking Klingon
I lived in Mongolia for 5 years. Next time say "zailth". That means **** off in Mongolian.
You have advice to offer, and this is it?
...hmm, 27, that seems like an absolutely perfect way to break the ice with the guy who lives with you and will most likely learn everything about your daily routine. Fan-******'-tastic.
Good thing you will learn that language soon.
Try and learn a couple of words first, then they may realise they've left you out. They'll probably really respect that you tried. :)

Foreign exchange parties are awesome! Invite some English speaking people over and everyone can learn from each other little by little. And if no one wants to mingle after that, at least with your friends over it won't be as awkward for you anymore :)
