The drivers handbook says it is illegal to have your brights on within city limits. And you are also supposed to turn brights off within a certain distance of other cars, that's in the handbook too.
You're supposed to turn them off when meet another car.
so obviously the cop car came towards you and you didnt dim your lights. ydi. maybe you shouldn't be driving. you dont seem to understand the rules of the road.
