if it's a residential street, you're supposed to turn them down.
Highbeams. Uncool.
#62 Highbeams do not equal regular headlights which are all that should be needed on a residential street.
Erm, no. I can barely see down the road with regular lights. If an animal were sitting on the road, I would surely hit it. High-beams are made for a reason - to light up darker areas where regulars wouldn't be sufficient enough.
wouldn't have happened if you were riddick
**** the police.
sure ydi. I guess you don't know what it's like driving at night and being nearly blinded by an oncoming car with brights on. it's ok to turn on your brights on dark roads, but turn it off as soon as you see another car coming to you. which you obviously didn't if you were pulled over for it.
either fake or exagerated

yeah, it turns out that even if it's dark out, you're still supposed to turn off your brights when you meet another car. driver's ed drop out? this is probably the same person that drives in the rain with no headlights on and wipers going mach 10. "Why do I need to turn on my lights? I can see where I'm going." YDI
no, you should actually never use brights in fog...
