Today, I got a well paying job that requires me to drive around and present a product to potential customers. After going out for a victory meal with friends, I came home to find my car broken into, and my GPS stolen. I need it for the job. FML

Your fault for leaving it in the car. Watch the news a little more and see that GPS's are the #1 stolen electronics from a car. You have a well paying job, go out and buy a new one.

use a street directory (mapquest). u don't really NEED a GPS.

not a good paying job at all unless it's AT LEAST $25 an hour. u makin that much ?

Thats what I make as a construction supervisor. I get paid $25 an hour to sit around and make sure everyone is working. I love me.

Are you kidding me?! This is why they tell you in the manual to TAKE THE GPS OUT OF THE CAR WHEN YOU LEAVE. YDI!

Oops. *ruins underpants* You got me. You know the drill: I mail you said underpants. You mail me a check for the replacement cost. Fair's fair. Again.

I got a Garmin Venture Etrek for 130 ish dollars off of Amazon... And the software I pirated for free.. The Gps is color and has all kind of cool neat features....

don't leave your valuables in the car.

uh hardly an FML, it's not like a GPS is impossible or horribly costly to replace, and your new well-paying job would more than make up for it.

You don't "need" it for your job. You can use a map til you can buy a new one. Or, if you have a phone with GPS capabilities, install a GPS program on it.
