If you're getting hit by a car, not a ton is going to help Ya out, especially not a piece of plastic
It could be worse. You could've broken your head.
I was riding Heelys once, and I fell and scratched my knee, and my dad was like "why didn't you wear a helmet?"
you wouldn't have bled if you had been flossing
Lol who wears a helmet while riding a bike? I see thousands of people on bikes every day, never seem a helmet or head injuries. You guys must be cycling with your eyes closed or something :p (dutchie here)
Is it not a legal requirement to wear a helmet while cycling in the States? Even so, it's a good idea to wear one, though of course it would offer no protection to your legs.
All these people going "lol who wears a helmet" just make me think they don't use seatbelts either.
Helmets, they solve everything apparently
I am from the Netherlands and nobody here wears helmets while riding a bike. But maybe it's a little more safe to do.. :)
I'm sorry I laughed a little. They're right though, wear a helmet! And get well soon.

It wouldn't help your leg, but you should be wearing one!
Yeah, you should get a helmet for your leg.
