I believe your forgetting that you must pay for your drivers license, that means this man paid 60 dollars or more for his drivers license, only to be told he is infact, a woman, and that if he decides he wishes to be a man, he must pay ANOTHER 60 dollars or more. this to me, is an FML. Infact, anyone who doesnt agree, must be slapped with a rubber chicken.
