I definitely hear that. I just had mine out, and the painkillers made me want to throw up and pass out simulataneously, and I actually did pass out. Just lie down and the feeling will pass.

Lol! Tank it. You don't need the painkillers. They actually did nothing for me.

#19, when i had my wisdom teeth out, i slept off the effects of the surgery, yet i still managed to throw up the next day. and when you're projectile vomitting, you REALLY can't hold it in. it has NOTHING to do with being 'smart', the nurses WARN you that you might throw up . and to all those saying they should've had someone watching them...i doubt they'd want someone watching them in the bathroom? i know i sure wouldn't

I've gotten just a normal molar removed. They put so much numbing stuff in, I couldn't feel anything. I went to a store, lucky my brothers were watching me, I had nearly chewed all the way through my lip. It was bloody. :( #42, I'm guessing you're expecting us to believe that someone performed heart surgery on you without anesthetic, don't you?

I don't remember any pain from my wisdom teeth extraction. Given, they put my out while I had the dental surgery because they pulled 8 teeth rather than 4. I just remember being on meds...lots n' lots of meds. Fun times.

That's sort of like what happened to my dad when he had a hernia operation. He was sitting on the toilet the next morning and he fainted, and his head went through the thick glass shower door. Just be glad you didn't do that lol xP

Please tell me that it wasn't a public restroom and you woke up with pubic hair stuck to your face.

#47- it's codeine. and also anaesthetic. as in, a general anasthetic...the type that knocks you out..mixing painkillers, antibiotics and anaesthetic WILL do horrible things to your stomach. dah.

I think that's one of my worst fears. At least you didn't pass out in the toilet AFTER puking. :D
