Today, I got to go back into my house after it had been tented. Suddenly, a foul stench filled my house. My husband checked all around the house and finally checked under the house. There were more than 12 dead stray cats under our house, and guess who was in charge of pulling them out? FML

Today, I came home from a two-week vacation. When I walked into my house, I found cat poop everywhere. It took me several hours to clean it all up, and the house still smells terrible. The worst part is that I've never owned a cat in my life. FML

Today, I was over at a friend's house feeding her cats while she was on vacation. After feeding the four of them, I found an extra cat under the sofa. Thinking it was an intruding stray, I kicked it out. She actually has 5 cats. FML

Today, my neighbor brought home a box of kittens he found in the park. Instead of calling animal control, he decided to keep them. Besides the incessant meowing throughout the day and night, a massive horde of fleas decided to migrate through his light sockets and into my nice clean apartment. FML

these guys sound like they live in a mobile home and don't do shit all day, in other words, they aren't very clean people and they're "house" needs some renovation. maybe all those cats died because of a carbon monoxide leak or somethin. but seriously if u have that many cats under your home, you would hear them hissing and fighting each other every night. get your lazy ass off the couch and clean woman!

Maybe they died because of the poison in the tenting chemicals? And just because cats live under their house doesn't mean it's a trailer, or a shitty house. My house is about 50 years old and there's a crawlspace underneath, same as all of the other houses in my neighborhood. Cats can easily get under there without you knowing, they have here before. My cousin who used to live down the street actually had pet cats that basically lived under the house. And we've had to have our house tented before because of people moving in and out, our new neighbors actually brought along some field mice & other pests after moving from a farm. x-x

Aw, that's horrible :( Poor kitties I do think this is slightly exaggerated, though. I could understand not knowing there were a few stray cats living under the house, but "more than 12"? Come on. It would have been pretty hard to not notice they were living there... unless you knew they were there and didn't try to lure them out before your house got tented. If that's the case, then you definitely deserved it.
