We can't really say wether or not this is OP's fault because we don't know how they drive. For all we know hey could've been driving normally when you should go slowly in the ice. On the other hand they could've been going slowly and they just lost control in the ice

Well you have no other choice than to sue Mother Nature
actually it's "you should of stayed home."
The first car could try and Sue you, but the other 2? Not a chance. They should have been able to brake in time. Seems like they were driving too close to the one in front of them.
