Ydi for being dumb. getting married is a efing promise. everyone gets divorced nowadays.
you call someone "dumb" with a comment like that? smooth.
You do realize not all people get divorced because they were 15, prego and in Vegas or something incredible retarded reason such as that right? My aunt and her husband had two children, loved each other, and when they married eachother they were both responsible adults. However, because they (just like all of us) meet new people all the time, everyday, for the rest of their life, he found someone else he connected with more and feel in love with her more. These two had been married for over 20 years. They were over 20 when they got married and were both financially stable. I have heard such a story told before by others. Sometimes the spark just 'goes away' regardless of what you try to do to prevent it. Other times a person, due to a tragedy or another situation, changes so much that they find they can no longer connect with their husband/wife. If divorce was outlawed than it would mean these people who are in fact responsible would have to suffer for the mistakes of those who are not. That wasn't fair in grade school and it isn't fair now.
i agree with 106. they should make it law that you CANT get divorced. then people wouldn't go off and do such stupid things with out being 100% sure

WHATEVER!!!!!! if anything the fact that you married a lazy loser would go in your favour when filing
Fake. This is fake as it gets. First of all, you can't be denied divorce. Seriously, I've seen my fair share of them. And second, I'm guessing you're going to fight for custody over the children? That's pretty much the only way you'll get child support, and even then, you might not get it, since he doesn't have a job. They can suspend his license if he doesn't pay, too. If you're feeling mean enough to take him for everything he's got.
Omg girl ditch the dick if u can!
anyone else see this turning into a chick flick? woman needs husband to find job for divorce so sets about finding one, magically rediscovering their love from when they first got married and crap and falling back in love thus rescuing her marriage? no?

I don't know much about divorce proceedings but I am guessing this doesn't normally happen, so I would recommend maybe trying to get another judge for the case? Just a suggestion, don't know if it will help.
I'm calling bullshit. Unless you have some backwards ass hick for a judge, he shouldn't give two ***** about bankrupting your already jobless husband for that child support money.
