No need for harsh chemicals. Soap, water and elbow grease gets paint off skin. I paint all the time.
I've always used paint thinner to get paint off my skin, no chemical burns here. Maybe you just have sensitive skin.
Future reference: Just use baby oil and it'll come right off. You'll also be silky smooth.
I've had paint thinner on me all day and took a shower at the end of the day after work and never had a chemical burn, maybe you should just wash.
After this incident you shouldn't allow your mom to get close to you with anything.
