Today, I had to explain to my sister why it's unhygienic, socially unacceptable and downright inappropriate to apply Thrush ointment in the lounge room. I realised I wasn't getting through to her when she called me ''Uptight,'' ''Victorian" and ''Prudish'' to name a few. FML

71 = WIN! Thrush in Australia refers to a womans privates. A thrush treatment/ointment would be a cream to rub into her ******. So with that being said, the OP probably walked into the lounge room to find his/her sister rubbing her bits with her legs a bit open. OP, FYL indeed!

Amazingly enough, not everyone who posts to FML is American, so why would they use American bastardisations of the English language? how is she a ho? thrush Can be in the mouth, on the breasts, or the genital area (and maybe elsewhere, but usually near an oriface) it is a naturally occuring infection of yeast- that usually happens when you have an imbalance of hormones/good bacteria or are taking antibiotics.

op did not specify if it was an oral thrush or genital thrush, or any kind of thrush. (I don't mind seeing thrush on newborns because it's inevitable for them.) either way, THAT is just plain sick to see. I've seen thrush on kids and adults.

OP if your talking about thrush of the ******, that's disgusting. If your talking about her boob or her mouth, WTF is the big deal? Unless there were people who aren't your family members in the house or coming over in the next 3 seconds who cares? If your sisters I'm sure you've seen her tit before, I know I've seen my sisters boobs more than I'd care to admit, but it doesn't matter cause were in the comfort of our own home!
